In recent years, Titan Wind Operational Support has been part of a large number of exciting foreign projects in various countries such as Sweden, Norway, France, Spain, Ukraine, Taiwan, Thailand etc.

Titan Wind Operational Support repairs “teeth” on wind turbines, both on and offshore.

Titan Wind Operational Support’s roller performs optimally in connection with rolling these 160 mm sheets for our customer.

Do you remember Vesta’s V29 tower? The tower is from the early 1990s and Titan Wind Operational Support has recently had the pleasure of participating in the renovation of such a tower.

Once again we have supplied vibration absorbers for towers. The absorbers are “tailor-made” and work from friction plates to dampen vibrations in the tower.

Our two painting halls are each 45 meters long. Here, the halls are “filled” with 44 meter wings in connection with a reconstruction project.

Powder welding is one of Titan Wind Operational Support’s core competencies, and we have been involved in rolling and welding two large crane adapters for the rig “Maersk Reacher”. This was done for our client Nordmark A/S in Sæby.

Titan Wind Operational Support has manufactured, quality tested (NDT) and surface treated this tower adapter for our customer ENABL A/S.

Titan Wind Operational Support has helped NemByg with the expansion of an existing warehouse at BioRefine Denmark, Nybro.

Titan Wind Operational Support has refurbished 8 steel foundations for onshore WTGs. They have been ground, welded and NDT checked. Finally, the upper part has been painted. The lower part is placed in concrete during assembly.

Titan Operational Support was part of the LORC project at Lindø and contributed here with extremely heavy and complex steel structures.

Titan Wind Operational Support has once again assisted a customer with the repair of transport damage on a tower section in Sweden.

Titan Wind Operational Support has produced and surface treated 2 large crane columns for the customer. The customer has been very satisfied with the entire process and at Titan we look forward to further cooperation.

Titan Wind Operational Support’s surface treatment plant in Esbjerg can handle all types of surface treatment and assembly tasks on smaller or larger constructions and items.

We have had the pleasure of delivering 3 “suction piles” in ø5500mm. These “suction piles” are to be used for testing when installing offshore monopiles in Taiwan.

We have completed our part of the project to produce and deliver 90 electricity masts, 80 monopoles and 10 cast-in sections.

We have just completed and delivered a “Mock-up” section to BoConsulting, which was used to test the assembly of a platform for MHI V164.

Another exciting project has been delivered – two tower adapters delivered at the right time and in the right quality to our customer.
